We prepare for all major CSI divisions, including concrete, masonry, structural steel, lumber, drywall, painting, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, insulation, and other specialized trades. 

The pricing is determined after reviewing the market rates; our team goes through the current material market prices. We coordinate with the suppliers and vendors to gather information about the local material rates and then develop an estimate. 

Of course, we keep the information confidential no matter what the condition is. Your drawings, specifications, estimates, and business information are never shared with anyone. Everything that you provide is kept confidential from drawings to estimates. 

Yes, we can prepare estimates if the drawings are incomplete. We have a certified team of estimators who work on the project and provide you preliminary construction estimating services. 

We charge on a project basis, not hourly. For ongoing estimating support or long-term partnerships, we can also provide personalized hourly or monthly pricing options.

We accept all payment methods through QuickBooks, PayPal, and major credit cards. 

Yes, we stay in touch with our clients, updating prices based on the construction progress. 

Yes. We provide flexible monthly estimating packages for contractors and construction firms that require ongoing estimating support throughout the year.
